Didn't want to deal with my hair said it was too oily even though I hadn't washed my hair for a day. She told me that my hair would made her scissors blunt and then started to mention my dandruff which isn't that nad and no hairdresser has never complained about. She didn't cut my hair the way I wanted n continued to pick ony hair. She barely touched it and didn't even blow wave or dry it. I was left feeling like dirt and I am upset how she approached me as a client.
I came home n called to complain and was told to speak to Ashley the manger tomorrow and got hung up on.so bloody rude!!! I wanted to have my hair and make up done for a wedding and they exceeeded all expectations - i have never felt so beautiful! To top it off, they allowed me to go in there and have my dress zipped up - going above and beyond!! Thank you all so much

She did a Balayage when I wanted highlights was ridiculous, not to mention shamed me for been a teen mum. Safe to say I never went back and has scared me about go to hair saloons.
